*Monthly Functional Nutrition follow-up visits

*All Cleanses and/or Detox programs at 20% discount
The membership is intended for those who have completed a program, has been a previous physical therapy or nutrition client and need on-going monthly follow up visits.
This package is paid up front in full. If monthly membership is chosen, a $3.95 processing fee will be added to monthly membership dues.
